I’ve always been drawn to the questions that sit at the center of being human: Where do we come from? Why are we here? And what does it mean to be alive?

My journey has been one of exploration and self-discovery.

I was born in New Jersey and raised in Georgia before moving to California after graduating, where I set out to discover who I was beyond the expectations and paths that had been placed before me. That chapter of my life taught me the importance of listening inward, following curiosity, and creating a life that feels aligned.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Theology, which deepened my love for exploring spirituality, philosophy, and the many ways humans have searched for meaning throughout history. While I do not identify with any religion, my studies expanded my understanding of different belief systems and strengthened my fascination with the questions that connect us all — our place in the universe, our relationship with one another, and the search for understanding that is part of being human.

My life has also been shaped by simplicity and intentional living.

For a chapter of my journey, my husband and I lived in a school bus in Nashville before eventually moving to Utah and starting a family. That experience changed my relationship with what truly matters and taught me the value of presence, connection, and living with less but experiencing more.

Today, my approach to life is rooted in returning to simplicity: nourishing the body with unprocessed foods, caring for myself and my family (skin, hair, etc.) with natural ingredients, practicing yoga, spending time with the people I love, sacred solitude, and learning to live in rhythm with the Earth rather than separate from it.

Through my writing and future creative work, I hope to inspire curiosity, encourage deeper questions, and celebrate the incredible mystery of being alive.

Sincerely,
